Section 2: Why do we need your information?

TerraTribe require this information to improve our service to you and also to offer promotions that are relevant to you. This includes some of the following reasons:

To validate and assist you with warranty claims and returns
To send you emails about current and future promotions that we think you may find interesting (using your email address that you have provided)
Occasionally, we may also use your information to contact you to conduct a customer survey. We may contact you via email or phone. You will always be given the option to not participate in the survey.

Section 3: Who can access your data?

TerraTribe will only use your data for internal marketing and customer service purposes and we will not share your data with any third party for marketing purposes. Therefore, you will not receive offers from other companies or organisations as a result of providing us with your person information. We may need to share your information with manufacturers of products in the case of a warranty claim, this is considered part of customer service.

Section 4: How to unsubscribe?

TerraTribe would love to stay in touch with you; however, if you decide not to then you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our emails or else by emailing us directly or calling us and asking us to unsubscribe you from our mailing list.

TerraTribe use Shopify to run their website and Shopify uses cookies. A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded onto your computer or device when you visit certain websites.
